Rental Policy
STORMIE'S SUNNY DAY PARTY SIGNS
Our cards are 18-24" staked letters made from waterproof coroplast and should withstand most weather conditions.
BOOKING
Please submit your order request at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. We will process your order request and e-mail you an invoice, if available. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remainder of your balance is due 72 hours PRIOR to your event. If your balance is not paid in full by that date (not your event date), your order may be cancelled without a payment reminder sent to the client. During high demand events, such as graduation, holidays and other such times full payment at the time of booking is required. This will be noted on the invoice at the time of booking.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit cards and Paypal.
RENTAL POLICY
Our party signs are rented for a 24 hour period. We install the cards between 5PM and 8PM the evening PRIOR to your reservation and take them down the following evening between 5PM and 8PM, unless other times are agreed upon. If you are renting the signs as a surprise, let someone on the property know that we are coming so they are not startled by us setting up or tearing down in the evenings. Do you want to keep your message up longer than 24 hours? Add an extra day or two for an additional fee.
SAFETY CONCERNS
For the safety of everyone, especially during COVID-19, please do not touch the signs. Do not play on/around the greeting. Do not remove/move any of the signs, including our advertising sign. Do not attach anything to our signs (including string, streamers, balloons, etc.) Please cancel scheduled lawn services while the greeting is installed. Grass clippings WILL STAIN the letters. There will be a $5 cleaning fee per sign dirtied by the lawn mower.
NOTE: If negligent damage occurs to any of the signs (dogs, weed-eaters, lawnmowers, etc), you will be invoiced for replacements. Sunny Day Yard Signs, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the installation and removal of our signs.
Please be sure dogs are kenneled during the designated setup and removal time. If aggressive dogs impede the placement or removal of the cards, a $25 re-delivery fee and/or removal fee will be charged.
MEDIA SHARING POLICY
Please DO take pictures of your yard card and tag @Stormie's Snocones & T-Shirts on Facebook and Instagram. We love seeing your smiling faces! We may share the pictures on our social media platforms.
REFUND POLICY
Life happens! We accept cancellations prior to 72 hours out from the event. Any payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be returned to you. While we are unable to refund your deposit, we will happily alter the date of your order for free (if available). Please contact us ASAP to secure your new date!
We will not refund payments for the following: If we are given an incorrect address, the yard is inaccessible, we are denied access into a gated community, asked to leave by property owner, or prevented from entering the yard due to unsafe conditions (aggressive animal, etc). A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must remove, move, and re-setup a greeting at the correct address. This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later date/time to install/remove the greeting.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We do our very best to set up in all weather conditions! However, if it is dangerous or weather conditions are unfavorable for set up, we will contact you to discuss set up options. If the inclement weather persists, a full refund will be given. If weather prevents a normal pick up time (24 hours), we will contact you and pick up the following day when conditions are safer. Please do not remove/safe-harbor the signs yourself.

Travel fees outside of the immediate service area (Sour Lake, Nome & China) may apply. Please contact us for rates.
