Abandoned orders

If a Customer's order is not picked up within 6 calendar months, it is considered abandoned and will be forfeited. No refund will be issued. No replacement items will be made if the customer later tries to pick up their order. 

 

Unpaid orders

If an order is placed for "pay at pick up" and the order is not picked up within 2 weeks, the order will be restocked and no longer held. And the customer will no longer be able to place "pay at pick up" orders. Note, very rarely are orders allowed to be paid for at pick up. 

 

Custom orders

Any customized order(custom picture, name ect) is not eligible for returns or exchanges if the customer orders the incorrect size/color/ect. If a mistake is made on our part, we will make it right. But if the mistake is on the customers end, we can not offer returns or exchanges on any custom item.

 

Provided shirts

We generally do not accept shirts or other garments brought in by customers to have designs put on them. If we accept your shirt and a mistake is made in the printing process, we can not guarantee and exact replacement shirt.
